I went to the store to buy 3 Seresto collars for my dogs. They only had 1 in stock, but the employee went to check if a recent shipment contained more collars. He returned with the 3 collars I needed. Nice customer service that I’m not sure I would have received at a larger pet store. They were also offering a $20 discount with purchase of two collars, so that was a plus.
