My dog was fired by Kelley from being groomed because she 'takes too long' and 'pees on the table.' This is a result from anxiety and being very scared. I show up to get my dog and I'm also told that she's having diarrhea. If my dog is sick under your care, maybe call me? Not keep her for 4 hours, be extremely rude to me about it, then charge me $90 (more than I have ever been charged before) for my dog who has obviously not been kindly treated and now stinks worse than when I dropped her off. The era of showing “I’m offended” takes place at this location. I simply requested a nail trim and eye trim for one of my dogs. I was charged near $50. When I questioned the charge, I was informed that a bath along with the other requested items was preformed. I never requested a bath. They informed me when I checked out they had a price increase. The main item I came for the can of goats milk booster the man left it out , I drive from Hot Springs & really needed this item for my 3 old dogs very disappointed I placed it on left counter with all other items.
