Always great customer service. Would like to find some dry Fromme food because my cat loves the samples you had.

I did not feel a very warm welcome like I have in the past. I had a return and was planning on buying something else, but the lady was so cold, I walked down one isle then left. I guess I made her mad that I had a return.

I’d have to say this is the least friendly Hollywood feed store I’ve been to. Neither the younger or more senior employee was engaging or as willing to help me when I walked into the store. Only chose this store because it was the closest to me after moving. May opt to drive across town just to give the other store’s the revenue.
