Excellent customer service every time I go there. They know their food well and are able to make what appears to be informed recommendations. Very, very happy with their people. Prices are a little steep for the good stuff. I guess you get what you pay for. But if you catch a sale, it is relatively competitive I think.

People there are very friendly. My boyfriend and I are getting a kitten soon, the sale associate talked with us about our options for food and seemed very educated on the different brands.
