I think you need a loyalty program - I buy a lot and never get any coupons or rebates! Your staff is a little too aggressive in trying to get things. Instead of asking what I’m purchasing - just ask can I help you find anything.

We were looking for a birthday treat for my dog so we popped into this store just to see if they had something along those lines. They had adorable birthday cookies that my dog loved and we also bought some toys and a new bone. It was a very nice store that seemed clean and well kept. They had way more to choose from then I expected because the store seems small from the outside. I will definitely shop here again.
