Excellent customer engagement. I was really blown away. Giovanni was so welcoming and so helpful. I am a new dog owner with some basic (and possibly silly) questions. Nothing fazed him. He had two colleagues working that day with him. I did not get their names, but they were equally helpful. All three gave me excellent advice based the description I gave of my dog. Every piece of advice was spot-on. That’s pretty incredible if you ask me. To me this indicates expertise, good training, and genuine care. Bravo! I will go here ... read more
