Excellent customer engagement. I was really blown away. Giovanni was so welcoming and so helpful. I am a new dog owner with some basic (and possibly silly) questions. Nothing fazed him. He had two colleagues working that day with him. I did not get their names, but they were equally helpful. All three gave me excellent advice based the description I gave of my dog. When visited the store to seek out a new dog food for my schnauzer. I was greeted and helped right away. I had a few questions about the dog food I was buying and they were all answered. I now have found a pet store with great knowledge of their products and great customer service!
