I was picking up a product I was not familiar with. The young sales lady was very helpful. She reviewed product use with me! Opening the Wondercide bottle was a little tricky. If she had not shown me the correct tab for release i may have broken another tab! She also suggested a watch the manufacturer’s video before using the product. We had a great experience at your store in Tallahassee, Florida. We were looking for a kibble safe container for our dogs and was recommended an air tight plastic safe one by your employees. You were also out of the size kibble bag that we normally buy and the employees there offered to sell us the smaller bag for the same per pound price as the larger bag. They also said they would order us a bigger bag shipped to their store every two weeks to keep us, and our dogs, in stock! Always a great experience and customer service ... read more

The gentlemen who helped me was very understanding of my senior dog’s needs. And they are working my with me to find the perfect diet for my dog. Given that there are so many products on the market, they are very generous with allowing a return and trying different items! Thanks for the great advice!!
