I’ve been a loyal Hollywood Feed customer for years and visit multiple times a week. I’ve also had my dog groomed there since he was a puppy, so this has been a place I’ve genuinely trusted and enjoyed. Lately, I’ve noticed a significant increase in being pressured to purchase additional products beyond what I originally came in for. I normally shop at the Cordova location but there was a specific coat that I wanted for my pup that Cordova team did not have in her size. So the Cordova team was kind enough to look up the inventory and saw that Bartlett had what I was looking for. The Cordova team called Bartlett and asked them to hold the coat for me until the next day. After work I drove to the Bartlett store and told them I was there to pickup a coat.
