Employee commented to us that we were harming our dog brining him in on a leash we came in to buy a training collar we were not harming our dog we have a professional trainer that is helping us the young lady should have not said anything to us we have spent hundreds of dollars over the past 10 years at your store you can thank that employee that we will never spend anymore money at Hollywood feed

I find it very disturbing that POLICE & EMS can receive a 10% discount however ACTIVE/RETIRED MILITARY can't! I've continued to serve my country ACTIVELY now...21 years and can't receive a discount. I will no longer support a company who doesn't support military personnel.

I have to say, I was quite taken aback by one of your employees talking to me about why my puppies had upset tummies and she went on and on about my babies would be that way if i didn’t breastfeed them...and then asked if I had. I also was shocked that when I asked about a food under the guidelines my vet had given us, she told me vets didn’t know what they were talking about. Ummmm. Okay then. We HAVE been back, and will continue to do so because our puppies love their food we get from there, but we try to avoid talking to ... read more

I will never go back to this location. Whoever the butch female, she was very unfriendly and didn’t want to answer none of my questions. It was my first time going and it will be my last.
