Friendly staff! Greeted when walking in and engaged with customers! Cashier carried my dog food to the car without me asking. Very pleasant experience!

Fine, the salesperson located the product I was looking for and also answered some of my questions. More importantly she came to me and asked if she good help me, I did not look for her. This is the norm at this store but not seen these days in other outlets.

this was my first visit and I was curious to find this store in my neighborhood 🙃 and was glad to locate it in my area. however I met Mike when was very helpful and patient answered all my questions and signed me up and I will be changing my dog's food to Hollywood feed because it's economical and they do deliver. and if I need to get my pups bathed they can do that as well without me driving to wolfchase. I think I've found a new venue. ☺️ I could not be more pleased.

The young man that helped me was very helpful in explaining products to me and helped me pick out the right things for my senior dog. Love Hollywood Feed! Tey have the best employees.at the Bartlett location!
