I had questions about my dog being anxious and nervous. The associate was more than helpful with options for me. He explained what I needed to do and said to reach out if I had any other questions. It was a very helpful visit 👍

I needed filters for my pet fountain. The staff knew exactly where they were and showed me which ones I needed for the fountain that I have. Store was clean, staff was very polite and helpful

Staff are not as friendly as they used to be, it’s like a lot of places people seem to be there because it’s a job. There used to be more staff really interested in helping you and your dog, it’s changed now, will probably try the new Lake District location to see if they are more interested in helping customers
