Wonderful staff and very helpful. Mike was so kind and help us with everything we needed for our puppy. He even answered all our questions. Thanks Mike we will be back.

New expanded store in Bartlett, Tn. So pretty and had anything you may want and need, along with people to help if you are undecided. Used groomer for the first time there, Morghan-/treated my high energy dog with kindness and calmness (he is mini Aussie) which is hard to do but will be my new go to for grooming versus my veterinarian office

I came in (for the first time) with my baby and puppy. I was immediately greeted by Aspen who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted me my entire visit and even helped me out the door. From this experience alone I will be returning!

Michael and Emma at the Bartlett location are awesome. All the staff are friendly and so knowledgeable. I had a new dog mom with newborns in my van and needed food and Michael helped me pick food and brought it out to the van so I didn't have to leave them.alone. Super great store with awesome staff.
