Morgan the groomer is excellent! The new store when finished will be very nice. I have followed Morgan from 2 different Hollywood Feed Stores. The Bartlett store will be my 3rd. My pups love her and so does their mom.

Very welcoming , clean atmosphere. I was assisted in shopping by a very knowledgeable employee . I will be returning .
The training treat I typically get was not on the shelves. An employee looked through a tote that had just come in, then in the back, but there were none in the building. She helped me pick out a different treat, going above and beyond with all of her help.
No employees near the check out, so I had to self check. I do not like self check.
Very helpful young man assisted me in figuring out what food might be helpful for my dog. Very knowledgeable about the products
Ladies that work there was very helpful in helping me pick out toothpaste for my seven month puppy. Fantastic customer service from everyone at Summer store.
As soon as I walked in with my dog, I was greeted by an employee. A very nice young man, can’t remember his name, helped me choose a new type of dog food for my schnauzer. He was knowledgeable about the products which I admired. This is a place I consider a “field trip” for me and my dog. Thank you for being so friendly.
