Customer service is pleasant but out of the three young employees there, none of them offered to help me drag a 40lb bag of dog food to my car. They saw me struggling with it and no one offered to help. The other Hollywood Feed in Oakland has always offered to take my items to my car. I’ll go back to Oakland next time.

Bartlett Hollywood Feed is the greatest. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. Can't wait until they get the dog baths open there.
