The training treat I typically get was not on the shelves. An employee looked through a tote that had just come in, then in the back, but there were none in the building. She helped me pick out a different treat, going above and beyond with all of her help.

Ladies that work there was very helpful in helping me pick out toothpaste for my seven month puppy. Fantastic customer service from everyone at Summer store.
As soon as I walked in with my dog, I was greeted by an employee. A very nice young man, can’t remember his name, helped me choose a new type of dog food for my schnauzer. He was knowledgeable about the products which I admired. This is a place I consider a “field trip” for me and my dog. Thank you for being so friendly.
