Love the store and customer service but the foods that I purchase never go on sale and I usually have to shop elsewhere because they offer 25% off coupons I can use in this food.

Will, the store manager at the Bob Wallace location has gone above and beyond my customer service expectations. He has invested so much time to provide me with service and information in trying to help my cat with IBD. He’s also so polite and professional.
