We were greeted as soon as we walked in and told about the different sales happening that day. David let us know he was available, if needed, and then let us shop on our own like we wanted. He started a friendly conversation about our dogs at the register and asked if he could recommend a few items for us. He wasn’t pushy or judgmental, but helpful and kind. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back, not only for toys and treats, but also to upgrade our food on David’s recommendation.

The team is always incredibly friendly! Rachel and David know me by name and always offer to help. I have one pup with serious food allergies and they take the time to explain all of the ingredients and what might be a good fit for him. I see them treat their other customers this way and know I’m not alone. They have built a wonderful community spot for pet lovers of OKC.

Friendly and very helpful with my questions. Everyti.e I go in they are great. If they are out of something they automatically offer to check their other stores o. Line and offer to get it delivered. Will help you to your car with purchase also.

The young nan that helped us we very knowledgeable help choose some toys for our puppies and recommended a food we might try because they seem to be tired of the food they had been eating. Tried it this morning mixed with their old food and they gobbled it up.
