The staff was super helpful and made my shopping experience with Millie fun! I appreciated helping me load the big pillow into my “already loaded for long trip” car. My extended time at the register was frustrating, in that I decided to add a stop at HF, on my way out town, SPECIFICALLY as a result of my recent text/email advising me of a Special Discount (my bad for just heading to HF without reading promotions.) Guess I just felt sure I’d save some money and find something to make Millie’s 12h trip more comfortable! No spe... read more

The employees are always so kind when we go in! And when I get delivery it is always very fast! I love all the products and so do my three fur babies!
