I love this store! However, I purchased a toy and had a conversation with the front desk employee about the durability of it (my dog loves to chew) I she was very convincing that they were durable and he would have a hard time to destroy it. Within one hour of giving it to him he had the squeaker out (I understand this was a risk on my end) I brought it back THE NEXT day and wasn’t given any sort of exchange/ return/ anything to make up for. After spending $30 on one toy I am just very disappointed in the way this was handle... read more

I love this store! I couldn’t remember how to read the Fromm star but no one on staff Saturday seemed to know.

There used to be a manager named Melissa that worked there. I haven’t seen her the last few times I have been which is odd because she is always there. She knows my name and always greets me by name. She knows my dogs and some of the issues I have been having. She provides great service. The last couple of times have been average. I recognize some of the faces but they don’t greet me by name like she did. It takes forever to explain all the issues with my dog. It isn’t near as friendly.
