I am always greeted with a smile and told the latest promos going on in the store. I constantly ask for advice and they are always so knowledgeable and kind while explaining new treats/chews. Bear loves to visit and loves when I bring him new things to try. I love my Hollywood Feed in Nichols Hills =) she’s an awesome store manager!!

No cashiers. A good business is about relationships. You can't have a relationship with a machine!! Not happy with the so called self check out

I love this store! However, I purchased a toy and had a conversation with the front desk employee about the durability of it (my dog loves to chew) I she was very convincing that they were durable and he would have a hard time to destroy it. Within one hour of giving it to him he had the squeaker out (I understand this was a risk on my end) I brought it back THE NEXT day and wasn’t given any sort of exchange/ return/ anything to make up for. After spending $30 on one toy I am just very disappointed in the way this was handle... read more
