Always greeting me. Always happy to answer my questions They’re very helpful in getting my dog food..The dog food is heavy (40 lbs) man or woman they carry the food and put it in my truck.Great service, There’s no reason to go to any other place.Great employees ,they always ask (how can I help you or tell me what is on sale. I could go on and on about the service I received.Great company with great employees.

Great customer service, assistance with unloading dog food from my car, pleasant attitudes .. and no complaining about working! I am encouraged when I see young people working & not complaining about making their living. I had to return a portion of the last bag of food we purchased for our senior dog. A full refund was offered. Our senior girl is going through a difficult time with dietary issues & HF has been very helpful along the way. We have also used the delivery option which we appreciate. Most of the time I take advantage of the same day delivery but every once in a while am able to stop in and am always greeted by friendly staff. I love this place!
