I am a regular customer, i come weekly to get my Primal Pronto and my Heavenly Hounds. I appreciate the staff, who know me now and are well informed on pets (esp dogs) and also know their products. They give good recommendations and solid advice AND they really care about our pets. This is a pleasant place to shop. Shout out to Karen & Jeff the dynamic duo!

I had a great experience. I was greeted when I came into the store and that set the tone for a good shopping trip. I just came in to purchase some baked treats for my daughter’s dog (which were conveniently located at the front of the store). Store employee was very pleasant.
