The team member assisted me in finding the right bone for my dog and seemed very knowledgeable about the products.
Always great customer service and good, hard to find pet products. Our dogs love coming here and it's the only local place that I can find the no-hides that keep my dogs busy on bad weather days when outdoor time is limited. As a side note, I wish the company would bring in more 100% american bones and such. They do have a much better selection than the big name pet stores, but I would love to see even more options.
The staff is also very helpful.

Good store
All times I go to Pet People I get over the top service. The employees are very helpful and patient with me. There’s always something new to try and the samples are very helpful. I love it. My pitiful pitty Zoe loves it. We’re customers for life!!
Prices seem to be continually going up. So questioning if i want to continue going there
Great customer service, have products that I use and easy to get in and out.
Clean, friendly atmosphere & always a store employee available that doesn't have the unhappy look.
