Employees are always prompt with greeting me at the door offering assistance/recommendations etc. Each and every time I shop at this location as well as the Frisco store where I shop quite often. I recently purchased a new dog bed, the employee was very helpful with pulling together all options to choose from in stock that day. On a separate recent occurrence, an employee was very helpful with educating me on selecting the proper/best option of toothpaste to use for brushing my dogs teeth.

Their delivery service saved us. Everytime I am in the store or do curbside, the customer service is EXCELLENT! So grateful for HF!
