Richard and his crew are amazing!!! I was looking for dog beds, Richard(mgr) explained the difference between the materials because the previous one I had was an awful material and w all the vacuuming I could not get the hair off!! I had one of my dogs with me, who actually choose the bed!! She made herself at home sleeping in the bed and hiding underneath them! Needless to say I went home w a 2 beds for my girls!! Thank you , Richard and staff!!
