Amazing! We got great advice and the “food guarantee” return was easy. Our pup is now on something that should be better for her gut, (she had pancreatitis, so we have to switch to “limited ingredient food”) but they refunded us the full purchase price for our half-eaten Fromm puppy food?! Hollywood Feed obviously hires knowledgeable associates and they’re the BEST! We won’t shop for pet supplies anywhere else!

The last 2 times that we came to purchase a case of Fromm food, the store was out of cases for the one that we wanted. The first time we were able to find 12 cans. This time there weren't any, so we had to get a different one. Disappointed that we couldn't get what we wanted.
