My first time there, I received above and beyond customer service. I needed help with choosing a specific cat food. The man who worked there(I forgot his name), spent so much time with me. He went above and beyond, even walked me to me car and helped load my purchases into the car. Every time I go back, he is so helpful. Also, the other associates are very friendly and helpful. This feedback does not reflect the staff because they were very helpful, but I am disappointed that the bulk treats are being phased out. This was a main reason I visited this store.
