The employees are very patient, very helpful. They are knowledgeable of the products they carry and always willing to spend the time to assist.
I shop at several different Hollywood Feed stores, including ones that were formerly Rucker's. I have found the customer service at all of them to be superb. I love the selection of frozen food best at the Cumming locations. I would love to see more frozen cat food in smaller bag sizes. I like to mix and match my feed, so this would be my only suggestion. The selection of toys, treats and foods are all great. Keep up the good work!
