Since new management in place, customer service has been declining to the point where I no longer feel comfortable in this store. Will not be back.

Don't like I cannot get the items I used to be able to get from Ruckers. Don't like how the corporate office only lets them order certain things and the office is slow to respond to the request.
Prices higher at different store. Merchandise in wrong location and mis-priced. Out of the dog food I use - not good for the dog. Staff indifferent as to customer issues.
