Illegitimate price gouging!! Called manufacturer and they had NO Price increase!! Charged an additional $15 on a $99 bag of dog food. Other competitors are less with free shipping NO More!

I tried the order ahead on the internet. When I arrived two days later, they had no record if the order. Then, sat in the car a lengthy time. When I ask for the small bags of Fromm, I ended up with larger bags. When I questioned the difference in price from my internet order, there was no response. New help? Not happy with this & I have had excellent service in the past. Not good folks!

Called from the parking lot. Told them I wanted to duplicate a previous order. Inn less than 5 minutes I was on my way, having never left my car.

Don't like I cannot get the items I used to be able to get from Ruckers. Don't like how the corporate office only lets them order certain things and the office is slow to respond to the request.
Since new management in place, customer service has been declining to the point where I no longer feel comfortable in this store. Will not be back.
