I'm always greeted nicely & ask if I need help, but with no pressure. Friendly but not pushy service is appreciated! Took my senior dog for the first time this week, & she chose a toy; she's most delighted by the can food I got for her. It was a great price & a big hit!
It was so easy to bath my dog in their self-bathing room. It was well worth the money spent.
