Birdeye had mailed us some coupons for Nutrisource dogfood. We went into the Hollywood feed store in Mansfield, TX. The manager, a middle aged, heavy set Hispanic woman-no racism intended, just don’t know her name) took an attitude with us as soon as we showed her the coupons. After causing us anxiety with her bad attitude she gave us abrupt instructions on what size bag we were entitled to. Not that that information isn’t okay, it’s just the negative energy she emits. Didn’t have a large bag of food i was wanting and couldn’t use a 20% off coupon I had been emailed. The feel that the email coupon was misleading abs wasn’t clear that the coupon was only for certain items.
