The device and salesperson was great!
Experience is not what I usually have when I come in to buy dog food. Did the self checkout cause there wasn’t a worker at counter (that’s fine. Understand they can’t stand there the whole time) but, when I asked the young associate about how many bags I have left to buy her response was very short…it’s at the bottom of your receipt (thank goodness I had printed it out).I asked her to please show it to me and she said…it’s right here. I usually have a great experience every time I come to one Hollywood Feed but this last visit was awful. The employee was very rude and made it seem like I was annoying her. She had an attitude before I even stepped up to the counter to check out.

I am a new customer of Hollywood Feed as of July, purchased several items for my puppy, the cashier stated if you have any problems you can return product with no receipt,I purchased a kong toy(camouflage stick) and returned it do thread loose on toy. To my surprise Hollywood Feed did not stand behind their product, very disappointing
