I usually have a great experience every time I come to one Hollywood Feed but this last visit was awful. The employee was very rude and made it seem like I was annoying her. She had an attitude before I even stepped up to the counter to check out.

I am a new customer of Hollywood Feed as of July, purchased several items for my puppy, the cashier stated if you have any problems you can return product with no receipt,I purchased a kong toy(camouflage stick) and returned it do thread loose on toy. To my surprise Hollywood Feed did not stand behind their product, very disappointing
