I was NOT happy to see that the registers were all changed to self-checkout. You guys are supposed to be all about service, but make people check themselves out? I don’t care how simple it is, I am not comfortable with my tech knowledge and do not like trying to figure out something I don’t even want to do! I would wait in a line out the door before I will ever willingly go to self-checkout. I won’t go back to this location.
