We were so impressed with the store. It was our first time there. They had everything and them some that we needed for our new puppy. Prices were better than Amazon on food. Very friendly helpful staff.

Keller store is not the closest HF near me. But I always come to shop here. Somehow, the staff here are more helpful than the others that I've shopped. This time is no different. Jana helped load all my order on to a cart. I could have done that myself, but it showed that she cared for the customers, and I really appreciated the services. Thank You.

Times are getting tough, noticed pricing increases. Overall I still love your store. The checkout receipt is a little difficult to read. Like the buy 2 get one free Christmas toys that the prices are all over the place… I feel like, “am I being cheated?” But then again, I love the store so…
