I really love the selection for dogs at your stores but I really wish you were as devoted to cats and had the same variety of foods, treats, toys, litter etc.
Because of your friendly and informative staff, I have a happy and healthy dachshund. I rescued her almost 4 years ago and she wouldn’t eat. I was in your store and one of your fantastic employees took the time to ask questions and help us out. Thank you having such great quality of dog food. Victor brand isn’t sold everywhere but my mastiffs have done very well with it. I was greeted at the door and offered a helping hand to my car. I was told about the delivery service that you offer. Overall a top shelf experience.
Always the best service. I’m always greeted when I walk in, and helped as I make selection that best fit my dog. Staff is super knowledgeable and willing to learn with you on anything they aren’t sure of. The people who work here are the reason I come back.
I purchased a dog toy that specifically says it’s a very durable toy for dogs, that it has three layers and the bottom layer is a different chew toy. I paid $16.00 for it and the dog tore it a part within 20 minutes. So, I’m not very happy with the quality of merchandise offered there.
I have been going to the same location on Keller Parkway since I rescued Max 8 years ago. The staff there are helpful and knowledgeable. This past visit I needed help due to Max not wanting to eat his food and I was given great advice and several options on how to help. Max and I are both happy!
