No longer able to get a product but was introduced to a similar product and it was a BIG HIT with my Service Animal!! Their knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. They are always helpful and truly care about the customer and their animals needs!!! Not like other box stores who rely on their name over customer needs.

My wife and I , first visit ever to one of your stores. Carley was very helpful and made suggestions and answered all our questions . She quickly understood our puppy dog attitude and behavior. You had several items we had heard about, but had not found elsewhere. Product selection was great and unique. We will be returning customers.

The dog food and dog treats are top notch. The staff is super friendly and always glad to see us. My dog Andromeda and I love it!

Took my boy in for a grooming appointment and they did a fantastic job taking care of him. Nikki always takes great care of him and I’m always pleased with the grooming he receives and love the products available.
