I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, and a sales associate helped me carry a heavy bag of dog food to the register. He then checked me out and carried it to my car. The service was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Always a great experience at this store location! So much so, that I wouldn't mind becoming a team member. Not only do we buy food and treats for our dog there, but we also use them for grooming our Labradoodle.

Friendly courteous staff. Came in for one of the cloud soft beds for my furbaby and employee climbed the ladder to get the perfect one. Always a great experience at the store in McKinney, Texas on Eldorado Pkwy.

Staff is extremely helpful. Shelves are well stocked and organized. Dog wash rooms are clean and well supplied with everything one needs.
