Always excellent customer service. Only pet store that acknowledges my presence and offers to help. Always points out items I'm purchasing that has a deal/special/sale. This time I brought in something that came in the mail with an item purchased for a cat. The sales clerk was able to look up what it was and whether or not it was safe for our new kittens.

limited selection of dog collars - most had plastic buckles, which have broken/failed in the past a number of times on our dogs. Was hoping for regular metal buckles, but will have to shop elsewhere.
