Came in to the McKinney location a few weeks ago completely panicked and defeated. My little 14 yr old senior chiweenie wasnt eating or taking his meds (recently diagnosed heart murmur rapidly advancing and on the verge of congestive heart failureš). He was put on a restricted diet with no salt and the vet was little to no help in finding the right products for him. I walked in, was immediately greeted and approached by a very nice gentleman. He helped me as much as he could then introduced me to Abby who was VERY knowledge...Ā read more

Amazing customer service. They let me pick food for my dog last minute, while still being very friendly and knowledgeable. Food we picked- my fur baby loves! We will be back at this HF!Ā
