The customer service was phenomenal. I had tons of questions that were all answered. They also had great deals going that day and we walked out with food, toys, a fountain water bowl and treats.

Excellent Customer Service. Love quality of brands. My biggest disappointment with HWFeed (and other pet supply stores) is how much squarefootage and seection is geared toward dogs, as though cats are strictly an afterthought. There are more US homes with a cat than there are dogs (according to studies) so why do companies have such a small percentage of their stored focused on cats? Also, very Weruva Heavy. Need more variety.
