I have been a Hollywood Feed customer for many years. Their employees are always kind, helpful, and courteous. My most recent visit was to purchase food for my dog. I also wanted to return some that was too rich for my dog. I was pleasantly surprised when she reimbursed me fully for the food I was returning. I wasn't expecting that. I only thought they might find another use for the food I was returning. This caring gesture reinforces my loyalty to Hollywood Feed!
