I have shopped at 3 locations around town and all 3 have provided the most outstanding customer service and advice I have experienced in a retail store in years.
Am new to the McKinney area and was looking for a pet food store that sells Raw food. I stumbled upon Hollywood Feed and checked it out. The staff are s very knowledgeable about the products they sell which was very helpful. I use Primal raw dog food and was pleased to see they had it. I was also introduced to a new line to me “Answers”. Will be trying it as well. They also have holistic products for your animals. Will definitely be doing back again as they gained my business.
Customer service is excellent and quality of product is great. All employees are eager to help or answer any questions.
