Why doesn’t the Legacy location have the same product selection as the 423 and Main Street location? I buy the Science Diet food for my dog. Both the dry and canned selection at Legacy is half of the selection at Main Street. I want to help my local merchants and not buy online but you are making that very difficult.

Not the best visit. I typically shop here only because of the customer service. When I walked in, I was not greeted. I walked up to the counter to ask a very specific question in which she answered it. But then I asked to verify my rewards which she did, and then sent me on my way. She didn’t offer to help me find the food or anything. When I was looking on the wrong aisle, she just said “oh go to the next aisle”. Never had such bad customer service in any Hollywood feed. Several workers and not one ever asked if I needed help finding anything. I drove in from Waco to come here because all other ones I’ve been to have been so helpful but not this one. No one available to check out customers so did the self check and finally an employee comes up to assist. I was finally able to ask about what I was looking for then.
