Never had such bad customer service in any Hollywood feed. Several workers and not one ever asked if I needed help finding anything. I drove in from Waco to come here because all other ones I’ve been to have been so helpful but not this one. No one available to check out customers so did the self check and finally an employee comes up to assist. I was finally able to ask about what I was looking for then. Not liking the self checkout when I have a 40# bag of dog food in hand and no one wants to make room to set anything down. 1st time Customer Service was lacking!!!
