First time in a Hollywood Feed and Sherman was very helpful! He talked me through the puppy questions I had. He also told me about current specials and showed me some future products I might be interested in. After I purchased everything, I price checked them on Amazon and 2 out of the 3 products were about the same price. And the third item was only $2 more at the store. I will definitely come back to this location (Renner & Plano Rd) in Richardson. Thanks again, Sherman!

I like the variety of peoduct. I shop early on Sat AM for cow ears for my dogs. The last 3 visits bins were empty or very little product in them. When mentioned to employee they have attitudes like it's a chore to fill them. Also, the size of cow ears have been very very small for the price. They used to be big. You would think when store opens one of the first action would stock product.

Everyone is extremely helpful period my Kitty has food and tolerances. I didn't know what to do period Hollywood feed have helped me so much. Directed me towards using wet food more.

Went in for some kibble for my adult and puppy huskies. Figured I knew what I was going in for and passed a gentleman on the way in asking if I needed any help and I said no. Then over looking at the kibble he noticed me taking longer then usual. I was trying to make a decision on which bag to get.
