Friendly, helpful staff. Always willing to answer questions and explain information about products.
Business response:
Janis, we truly appreciate your wonderful feedback! Our compassionate team attends over 40 hours of training each year to stay up to date on product knowledge, pet health, and nutrition. All of this helps us to make the best recommendations to spoil your fur-babies! We've now opened up much of our internal training to the public and that users can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. Come back and see us again soon!

This is my only go to pet store. Everyone is so nice and pleasant.always there to help when you walk in the door. They will order anything you need if for some reason they are out of stock which doesn’t happen very often. They always have what I need. Wouldn’t go any where else.
