The service in the Richardson Store is not the greatest. When the store first opened staff was wonderful.! Now I go to the Mckinny store . Wher everybody is helpful and Skyler friendly

recently all of the stores in my area have not had the large 26 lb bag of Fromm’ Chicken. a la veg. they do have a smalller size but i am wondering why none of the larges bag. i have two large dogs and really need the large bag. tu that being said the store experience was very nice as it always is. the people are friendly and ready to help if need be. But again my biggest complaint is not having the product that I want on the shelves.

I am disappointed. I switched over to using Core weight management food. The last 3 weeks my auto order has been canceled. I understand this product is not in stock, but I have not received any information as to why it isn’t in stock. In addition, I called and spoke with someone from the company and asked them if they could find out what was going on and why it wasn’t in stock. I never received any follow up. I love HollyWood Feed, but I was sent an email saying I bought something in Richardson and I haven’t been to a location in months, let alone Texas, as I moved away, so I’m a bit concerned.
