I love HollyWood Feed, but I was sent an email saying I bought something in Richardson and I haven’t been to a location in months, let alone Texas, as I moved away, so I’m a bit concerned.
I was asking one the girls at this store about your new store in Rockwall, where I live, when it was going to open. I said it was taking forever. ya da ya da and then she said "I don't care I'm not the owner It's not my money. Sarcastidly. Typical of her generation. Well I won't be coming back. When your store in Rockwall open then fine but I'm not driving over to your store on Renner Rd just for Duck feet and Bully Sticks which ore overpriced by the way. The associates were very pushy in giving us the sales flyer, even after I said no because I will just throw it away. And it's wasteful anyway, I can look online for those things.

We recently switched from the Allen store on McDermott to the Renner store because we moved and the Renner location is closer to our new home; sadly the Renner store isn’t near as friendly or accommodating as the McDermott store. I’ve asked many times for the Renner store to carry my special needs dog food in a specified size and they won’t. I’ve been given multiple reasons why and the bottom line is … I’ll just drive over to the McDermott location because they stock it regularly.

I buy food for both my dogs there all the time. But the issue is everything I buy food my reqards for stella and chewys doesn't go up.
